Great place to live! They fix anything that comes up fast! Great newsletters, very informative. Lots of fun things thru the year to do like the yearly cookouts!! Things for the kids also Clean !!!!

I am a current resident and have lived in my one bedroom apartment for almost 4 years now. Great place to live!! Very quiet and the management is always pleasant to work with when renewing our lease getting quarters for the laundry on site (bonus) and other things as well. Maintainence guy is always on point and is speedy to come help fix whatever may need fixed. I would recommend anyone to live in these beautiful apartments in a quiet area of north Terre Haute.

I would totally recommend Northwind apartments to anyone who is looking. Love the people who live here, it's such a homey place to be. I love my little apartment so much. Having a laundry facility on site and the ability to get change is very handy. The property and maintenance team are impeccable. Can't say enough about our little community. All I can say is this is home for me and I love it.
